CARAVAN
. No requirement for:- travel lights - awning - bike rack - battery power - diesel heating - electric brakes - spare tyre - solar panels
. Consideration to our Vegetation Overlay Management Systems, we prefer touring vans not Off road. The lower the axle/suspension to the ground determines the step from your annexe to van.
. With height limitations with our vegetation a preference is touring vans not offroad. (The lower the axle - the size step from annexe up into van).
· ‘A-Frame’ can be engineered to be removed. An Engineer contact can be provided upon request who will supply computations and compliance.
· Hot water must be supplied by an external instantaneous gas hot water service (by a Plumber) if you are planning an ensuite in the van or annexe (Wynndean do not allow electric hot water storage units).
· Consider the van setup in conjunction with the site layout and access to your annexe. Is the door at the front or rear, will it restrict/eliminate access to the annexe or ensuite once on site. Natural airflow with window and door placement.
· With 240volt electricity to your site, you no longer need a 12volt battery system. If there are 12v lights, you could have an inverter to 240v installed by a qualified electrician.
. Caravan ensuite washing machine permitted for 15ltr capacity only
ANNEXE
· We recommend having a split system air conditioner in the annexe. It is far more effective than in the caravan. We only allow one (1) air conditioner per site due to power limitations.
· We can assist with trade contacts including, plumbers, electricians, TV aerials, paving, cleaners and ‘A’ frame engineer, as per below.
· Please inform our office if you have your own trades attending as there are Compliance and Registration documentation requirements.
· Annexes are 9’ wide at Wynndean to comply with FRV/CFA regulations.

The Wynndean Team can assist with trade contacts, approving van suitability, age & size. Also locating services including sewer, gas & air conditioner for your site.
Wynndean uniquely has its own Vegetation Protection Overlays. These guidelines are referenced whenever new or additional works take place.
