Sites are leased on a seasonal basis (financial year 1/7/25-30/6/26)

Fees are determined by the size of the site. Our site sizes range from Small to XX Large.

For sales throughout the season, pro-rata fees are due at the changeover/sales date.

Peak periods (Christmas Holidays 25/12/25 - 31/1/26 & Easter School Holidays 3/4/26 - 19/4/26).
