Mandatory Items in your Van

After an extensive review with current van owners and guests of Wynndean, we have developed a comprehensive list of what mandatory items are required in your unit set up when subletting over the Christmas Summer Holidays.

Please ensure you can provide these items.
These items will be identified at the pre-rental check by Wynndean staff. If you have any questions or queries, please feel more than welcome to contact us.

You can access the mandatory check list here as well as reading the information below.

  1. Daily Living Items: bedding, kitchen items

  2. Cleaning products

  3. Air Conditioner and TV

  4. Safety Items

  5. Specific Instructions for your guests: carpark location, tips and tricks of your van, cleaning requests

Daily Living Items

Owners are asked to provide basic bedding for guests in the form of doonas or blankets.

Guests are expected to bring their own towels, sheets, pillow and tea towels.

Cutlery, crockery and glassware is also expected to be provided for guests staying in your van. All units are required to have cooking facilities as well as a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.

It is expected that guests leave your van in the same way they found it. Providing basic cleaning supplies such as dish cloths, spray, brush and shovel, bin liners and toilet brush (if appropriate) will help to ensure this.

Your caravan and annexe is expected to be well maintained and clean, free of cobwebs and dust with no maintenance issues such as leaking taps, sink blockages, broken cupboards and a clean and tidy outdoor area.

Air Conditioner and TV

Over the previous few years of van rentals we have found that guests are now expecting air conditioners in the van set up.

A working and tuned TV is also expected.
